The intention of the retreat is to create a safe, supportive space for healing, expansion and reconnection to self and spirit.
This is an intimate, transformational retreat held by experienced practitioners in a sacred environment for your spiritual journey.
Thi retreat will be a off grid exprience in the Valleys of Pico Durate in the Dominican Republic. To get to the location is to hike or ride a mule to the final destination. You all will arrive a day earlier and stay at a house together. The following morning you all will be making your way down into the valley. It is imperative that you are physically capable to hike long amount of hours and be comfortable with not having any cell phone service once you start hiking.
You will arrive at the house where everyone will be staying at for one nigh. We will be getting things prepared such as food, equipment and so forth. Depending upon your arrival time we will meet with the tour guide to discuss any questions that may come up for you all, prior the hike.
We begin the journey early in the morning. The tour guides will lead us up and down the trails. You will be submerged with beautiful sceneries of the mountains as well hugged into the trees. We will stop to rest along the way. The duration of the hike can last between 4-6 hours depending up how fast we go, but we are interested in rushing the journey. We want people to enjoy all the mystical magic of this place.
After a quite vicourous hike, we will arrive in the valley and begin to set up our camping location. Due to the park being public we will have an area blocked off just for us to respect the sacred container. There is alot of integration that takes place once we arrive so we will reserve this day to do so.
We will wake up bright and early to begin the Kambo Ceremonies followed by lunch then the river. The river within it self is such great medicine after the ceremony.You will be able to stay as long as you want and have privacy to relax, integrate and just be. As the sun sets we will get prepared for an Psilocybin ceremony by gathering around the fire, setting intentions and setting ourselves up in the sacred space.
This is where all Elemental technology is alchemized and we come together to alchemize the wisdom through an intense purification. Temazcal ceremony derives its name from where it takes place, which is inside a “temazcal”, or sweat lodge. The structure is small, dark, and designed to trap in heat. Sweat lodges are common throughout indigenous Native American cultures, stretching from Central America all the way to Canada and Alaska. The temazcal is used as a healing process for the body, often a recovery from strenuous activities, and is a useful way to heal the spirit and mind. This will be led by my partner Manuel who has been initiated to facilitate Temazcal ceremonies and Junior, the Fire Keeper. Both of them carry themselves as Sacred Masculine which also solidifies a deeper healing.
The last day we head back up the valley. This is also the time for people who would like to continue to their stay, and head up to the Pico Peak. Everyone else will return to the same Air Bnb where we began our journey.
We will honor this day for departure , making sure everyone gets to their flights on time.
Autum is a Plant Medicine Woman, Certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, and classically trained Chef. Born and raised in Alaska with a subsistence lifestyle, she utilizes Ancestral Nutrition & Herbs to help others balance & heal. She will be assiting in the Shamanic Medicine Ceremonies and Womb Gatherings.
Manuel is an Alchemist, ranging from being an entertainer, jewlery maker, carpenter, medicine man, and chef. He faciliates Temazcal Ceremonies that are deeply connected in his Venuzuelan indigenous roots. He will also be cooking up medicine food to continue to assist in the initation process.
Junior is also an Alchemist who specializes in metal, wood, and making of shamanic instruments. However, his favorite thing to do is to be in Nature as a local tour guide. He will be our guide to the Vulva Waterfall.

What do you suggest I bring?
The Dominican Republic has warm sunny weather all-year-round. But it can get chilly in the early morning and evenings so packing comfortable clothing in layers is key. Please also bring swimwear, hiking shoes, bug repellent, sunscreen, sunglasses, a journal, a hat and possibly a travel water bottle.
Will I have my own room or be sharing?
You will be sharing a room with one or two more individuals unless requested otherwise. If so, there will be additional fees.
I am traveling from the US. Do I need a Tourist Visa?

Who will be leading the ceremony?
Taheera is a Medicine Woman and Clinical Trained Therapist who will be leading the Kambo and Psiloahuasca Ceremony. Jose Manuel is a Temazcal Facilitator who will be leading that particular ceremony. There will be people who assist in the ceremony that will help with the integration process.
Are there any other preparations or precautions you suggest leading up to the ceremony?
It is mandatorty to fill out the brief questionnaire before making your deposit during the Soul Session. This is where we get to know each other and go over specific conerns or questions.

Taheera is a Shaman, Plant Medicine Woman, Clinical Trained Therapist who assists people to the next level of their spiritual expansion. She is certified as an EMDR/Trauma Specialist, Reiki Master, Angel Healer, Akashic Record Practitioner, Past Life Regression Therapist. Kambo Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and has a M.S. in Human Services/ Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a M.S. in Professional Counseling from Carlow University. She has been practicing in the mental health field/addiction field for over 20 years and considers herself a Healing Artist, combining Metaphysical, Clinical and Shamanic healing modalities.Through her own spiritual quest for truth, she realizes one of her gifts is to help people break free from psychological bondage to remember who they are.
